Hello Family~  As of today there are only 2 campsites left that you can reserve for the reunion.  The following are ideas for solving this problem.
1.  Get one of the last 2 sites.  You can't reserve these online.  You have to call because they are being held for the Butchart Reunion. 
2.  Stay at a hotel
3.  There are alot of non-reservable sites at this park.  If you want to send your money I will try to get you a site on Wednesday or Thursday before the reunion.  The only downside is you will have to pay for extra nights in order to secure a site for the weekend.
4.  There are a couple of bedrooms available with family who lives nearby if you need it.

Don't forget you are responsible to reserve your own campsite.  Please share the information with your whole family.  The brochure is on an earlier post.  There are only about 50 reservable campsites and they will fill quickly.

Over the last 3 reunions the hardest part of planning the reunion has been collecting the money for the spaces.  We are excited that now the county parks is reservable online allowing us to let each family be responsible for where they will stay.  We are happy to help in any way we can, if you need anything let us know.  There are decent motels about 15 minutes away from the camp ground and if you were to fly into Eugene, OR  there are RV's for rent there.  There are several spare bedrooms available in the community.
